The Harsh Truth: Why Most Struggle to Make Money Online

00:00I've spent the last eight years behind the scenes in multi-7 and 8 figureure online company. I've booked calls. I've closed deals. I've even built the back-end operations. And I've seen the same mistake over and over again from rookies to veterans.

00:11They skipped the one thing that actually creates cash. Not funnels, not ads, not another strategy. It's clarity. Clarity around the one skill you already have that people will gladly pay you $3 to $10,000 for. In this video, I'll walk you through how you can extract that skill, turn it into a premium offer, and close like clockwork, even without a list, a team, or a sales page.

00:29With that said, here's the $10,000 playbook for selling

The $10K Playbook Overview

00:35what you know online. All right, so as you can see from the title of this video, what we're going to be talking about today is the $10,000 playbook for selling what you know online. As you can see from the overview, what we're going to be talking about more specifically is first the overview itself, unlocking your profitable skill, engineering magnetic attention, crafting irresistible high ticket offers, closing clients, systemizing and scaling, and finally the review and the action items for the day or the next few days.

00:54So,

Step 1: Unlock Your Profitable Skill

01:00with that being said, let's start with unlocking your profitable skills. So, your first step isn't tech, content, or funnels, it's clarity. If you skip this, you'll waste months building offers nobody wants. Everything begins with recognizing the value that is already sitting inside your mind and your skill set.

01:10So you need to turn your knowledge or your ability to solve problems into something people will pay you for. The kicker, you don't need to be the best in the world. You just need to be good enough to help somebody who's behind you. So your most valuable skill is probably hiding in plain sight, disguised as something you've done for years without thinking twice.

01:28Maybe it's organizing chaos. Maybe it's simplifying tech. Maybe it's giving great advice. Maybe it's fixing people's messaging or understanding fitness better than your friends. Whatever it is, you've likely dismissed it because it's too normal to you.

01:38What's easy for you is usually hard for someone else. And that disconnect is exactly where the opportunity lies. You don't have to invent something new. You just need to frame what you already know or do in a way that solves a specific painful problem for a specific kind of person.

01:56So, you've got to dig deep and extract the usable material. Most people skip this process, which is why they end up copying what others are doing and wondering why it doesn't work. So, you need to do the hard thinking up front. Make a list.

02:07Document your experiences and don't censor yourself or judge. Just let it all out. And sit down and write down every job you've held, every skill you've learned, every passion you've explored, and every result you've helped someone else achieve.

02:19And add that to any problem people already come to you for help with. And once it's all on paper, you'll see the themes emerge. Maybe you're great at simplifying the complex. Maybe you help people take uh action. Maybe you're just reliable and efficient.

02:31These patterns are your money makers. Pay attention to overlap between what people need and what you're good at and what you like doing. So your skill needs to connect directly to an outcome people already desire. Nobody pays for coaching or consulting or services.

02:43They pay for what those things do for them. So your job is to make that connection obvious and tangible. Don't just list a skill, actually describe a result. So you might edit videos, build automations, you might help people lose weight, you might teach negotiation or design slide decks or do rums.

02:55It doesn't matter how specific or how niche it is. As long as it solves a problem, someone will pay to fix. Always lead with the benefit. If your skill helps someone save time, make more money, look better, feel healthier, or improve their relationships, you're in business.

03:14And rack your skill in an outcome, and you instantly become more valuable. So, you don't need a unique skill, you need a unique angle. Positioning is the difference between just another freelancer and someone who commands premium prices. It's not what you do, it's how you frame what you do.

03:26So, you can replace vague labels with clear outcomes. I help moms lose baby weight without starving themselves. It's way harder than I'm a fitness coach. I help busy CEOs close three to five clients per month using short form video beats. I'm a content strategist.

03:37People are always buying change. They don't care about your method. They care about where your method takes them. And your skill is just the vehicle. The transformation is the destination they're actually paying for. So, the market doesn't pay for effort.

03:48It pays for outcomes. The faster and more reliably you can solve a painful problem, the more you can charge. So don't undervalue your skill just because it feels easy to you. If what you do helps someone save 10 hours a week, make three extra sales, or feel confident walking into a room, that's worth way more than you think.

04:06You're not selling time, you're selling shortcuts, you're selling confidence, and you're selling freedom. So start documenting your wins, even small ones. Did someone say, "Thanks. This saved me hours. Did you help a friend lose 5 pounds?" Screenshot those moments or record them.

04:19And that proof builds your pricing power. Every result is a receipt of value. So, every time you actually have someone that thanks you for your for something you've done for them or uh thinks that or or you've helped someone in a certain way that for you it seemed easy but for them it seemed like wow this is amazing.

04:37record those things down because one day when you actually do create your offer eventually you will want to have proof that what you're selling for yourself for your own mindset you you will want to have proof that the price that you've set for what you're selling is fair because you you save people so much time or you help people so much.

04:56So you don't need to be a guru. You just need to be one or two steps ahead of the people you want to help. You can sell what you know while you're still learning, growing, and evolving. If you're a beginner at something, but you're already but you've already gotten a small result.

05:09There's someone out there who hasn't started yet and will gladly pay you to help them skip the struggle and you only need to stay one chapter ahead. So share your journey. People love learning from those who are just a bit further along. You're more relatable than the polished expert.

05:22So document your process and sell the road map. Now your skill will fall into one of three categories that have created 99% of online wealth. And these aren't just trends. They're all evergreen human needs. Everything from dating advice to productivity consulting fits under one of these.

05:35So health, this includes fitness, weight loss, sleep, mental health, energy optimization, stress reduction, hormone hormonal hormone balance and biohacking. Now when it comes to wealth, it covers business, marketing, investing, productivity, money management, freelancing, and even career acceleration strategies.

05:48When it comes to love, that means dating, marriage, parenting, social confidence, communication skills, and even emotional intelligence or intimacy work. So you can monetize your skill in four main ways. Teaching it, guiding someone through it, doing it for them, or advising at a high level.

06:07So pick the model that fits your personality, goals, and bandwidth. Now, the way you can deliver it is through a course, a group program, one-on-one coaching, done for you services, retainers, workshops, hybrid containers, and so on. You choose how you want to show up and get paid.

06:18And many start with one model and then layer others in. You might begin freelancing, then launch a course teaching what you do, or coach clients, then a done for you option for those who want speed. Now, credentials are nice, but results are better.

06:29So, you don't need letters after your name. You need a story, a system, and results you can replicate for others. That's what sells. Social proof is the shortcut to trust. And testimonials are one of the fastest ways to shift someone from skeptical to sold.

06:40So, package your process into steps. Give your method a name. Make it feel proprietary. And it could be three simple steps or five principles you follow. Simplicity scales. When your process sounds clear, structured, and replicable, it becomes easier to believe in and easier to buy.

06:57So nobody is coming to validate your offer. You have to decide your skill is worth selling and then prove it through execution. The market rewards the bold, not the hesitant. Confidence converts. So show up like your method works and people will believe it does because it should be working.

07:11Now if you've helped anyone before, even for free, capture it. Get screenshots, record short videos, grab audio clips, or just write down what they said. Use these across your content, sales pages, and DMs. And make sure they highlight the transformation, not just the compliments.

07:27So this is what to do if you want to collect testimonials. Now how you can uh format those testimonials is before I was struggling with X after uh your name's help I achieved Y. That's what makes it persuasive. So focus on the shift the emotional relief and the tangible result that people got from working with you and that's what moves buyers.

07:45So if you have no testimonials or you haven't collected any or you want to create some new testimonials, don't stress. You can create your own. You help three people for free or at a discounted rate in exchange for honest feedback. And then choose people who are your ideal client and actually overd deliver.

08:04Their wins become your lunch pad. So position it as a bait round or a founders club or a case study project. People love early access and if you crush it for them, they'll be thrilled to endorse you. So record your process, track their progress, and collect the end results.

08:16Testimonials aren't just nice to have. They're conversion accelerators. So if you can build them early, do so. Now, pick a skill, any skill, and just start testing it. Now, clarity comes from movement. The faster you start, the faster you learn what the market wants and how to package it for cash.

08:27So, action builds clarity, not the other way around. You'll learn more from one real conversation than 10 hours of journaling. So, stop waiting to feel ready. You're already capable of helping someone. The only way to know if it will work is to actually launch and figure it out.

08:46So, now you're clear on what you can sell. Next, we shift into building a system for attention. So, people

Step 2: Engineer Magnetic Attention

08:51actually find you and start asking how they can buy. So let's move into that next. So engineering magnetic attention. You could have the best offer on the planet, but if nobody sees it, nobody buys it. Attention is the gateway drug to money.

09:03So the more people know about what you do, the more leverage you have. But it's not just about visibility. It's about magnetic visibility. Attracting the right people with the right message at the right moment. So don't try to get famous. Try to get known by the exact people who need your help.

09:14100 targeted followers is way more valuable than 10,000 random ones. So, your goal isn't to go viral because anybody could start a page uh about, I don't know, about Joe Rogan and and gather a bunch of followers, but will they buy your stuff?

09:26Probably not. So, the idea isn't to go viral. Your goal is to be hyper relevant to the people who are already looking for what you offer. And the only way you become hyper relevant is by actually being yourself. And the only way you can work with people you want to work with is by actually being yourself.

09:43Um, and so pick one channel, master it. Not two, not three, just one. That's how you build momentum. If you want to expand into other social platforms, make sure you have one dialed in and then you can expand into the the next one. So, pick the one that fits your content style and target audience.

10:00It can be Instagram, YouTube, Tik Tok, LinkedIn, Twitter or a podcast. Each has its own game. So, if you like short form, go for Instagram or Tik Tok. If you prefer long form teaching, go for YouTube or podcasting. If you write well, go for Twitter or LinkedIn or even Medium.

10:12So, your content is the bridge between stranger and buyer. So, make it valuable, make it specific, and make it frequent. Show up with purpose. So you can teach micro solutions, share results, answer common questions, show before after transformations, tell stories, demonstrate your frameworks, and you can hook their attention, share quick insight, and finish with a call to action.

10:31So watch this, DM me, click the link, comment below, that that type of stuff. Now, visibility doesn't come from one post. It comes from staying visible. That means daily or near daily output, especially in the early stages. So start with three to five posts a week.

10:43Batch your content so you don't burn out. one good video can be f become five great pieces of short form content or uh written short form content for Twitter and so on. So think of your content like reps at the gym. The more you post, the better you get and the better you get, the more attention you earn.

11:01And it's just about really going in there and just doing it for an extended period of time every single day. Now, clarity crushes complexity. People should know exactly what you do and who it's for within 3 seconds of landing on your page. So, your profile should say what problem you solve, who you solve it for, and what to do next.

11:13So, for example, helping entrepreneurs get 10 leads a week without ads. Watch the video below. And you uh use your name or a clear brand name. Confusing usernames will lose business. So, don't name yourself like uh Smoky Snake or whatever. Uh actually use your name or have a real brand name.

11:33Now, give people a reason to go deeper. A freebie, a short training, a checklist, a swipe. This is your bait. So, link to a Google doc, a landing page, or a video. And just keep it simple. Put the link in your bio. Post captions or stories.

11:44And don't just give information. Frame it as the first step of your paid offer. Create a desire for the next thing. Now, once people are interested, send them to a simple 5 to 7 minute VSSL uh video or video sales letter basically explaining what you do, who it's for, and how to take the next step.

12:01That's all. You don't at least in the beginning, you don't have to make it more complicated than that. It's literally what you do, how you can help them, who it's for, and how to take the next step. What they should do next in order for them to work with you.

12:07So start with your story, introduce the problem, explain your framework, show proof, then call them to action. Put it on YouTube as a unlisted video or you can put it on Vimeo and just link it in your bio and content and it should do the heavy lifting before a sales call.

12:26Now, conversations turn followers into clients. So don't wait for people to message you. You can actually go ahead and start the dialogue yourself. So thank them for engaging, ask what they're working on, and offer a helpful resource. Don't necessarily pitch, just build the bridge to send them the video.

12:39Once you identify a fit, invite them to watch your video or book a call. Just keep it casual, clear, and confident like you're talking to a friend. Now, you can't grow what you don't track. So, know your numbers, your followers, your views, your watch time, your clicks, your call bookings, and how many DMs you send per day.

12:50Um, and how many responses you get, all of that. So, once people know who you are and what you do, everything gets easier. Content starts getting shared. People start tagging others. Calls come in without begging. So, post testimon post testimonials.

13:08Re-share wins, celebrate your clients, show receipts. That's how you build a magnetic reputation that actually compounds. So, next up, we'll build on this attention by transforming it into a premium, irresistible offer that people are excited to pay for.

13:15So, let's move

Step 3: Craft Irresistible High-Ticket Offers

13:21into crafting irresistible high ticket offers. So, in essence, you're not selling your time, you're selling a transformation. High ticket isn't about being expensive, and that's all. It's about being worth it. People pay more when the value is clear, the outcome is specific, and the solution feels like a shortcut.

13:32So, the right offer makes price irrelevant. The wrong one makes even $200 feel expensive. So, stop thinking like a freelancer and start thinking like a transformation dealer. When you help someone get what they want faster, easier, or more reliably, you're allowed to charge big.

13:45So, your offer should be a no-brainer for your dream client. And it should feel like the final answer to a problem they've tried and failed to solve m multiple times. So, the more organized and outcome focused your offer is, the easier it is to sell.

13:58Stop selling hours and start selling results. People want a system, not a service menu. So build a signature process. Give it a name. Break it into three to five steps. This makes it feel clear, structured, and premium. Even if it's just what you already do naturally.

14:15So it could be done for you. It could be done with you. It could be a do-it-yourself system, services, coaching, consulting, or even a hybrid of all three. Just match the model to the outcome. So every offer must be built around a shift from painful before to desirable after.

14:28If there's no obvious transformation, there's no reason to buy. So, what are they struggling with right now? What's annoying? What's broken or confusing? And what will life look like once your solution works? More income, less stress, better health, better relationships.

14:39Think about the before and the after. And what transformation you're going to go with them through. Now, when it comes to naming, a powerful name makes your offer feel like a movement, not a product. So, use words that actually evoke speed, clarity, relief, or authority.

14:55So client search system or CEO body method or no code sales engine or quit alcohol accelerator. It could be anything. So basically there's a simple formula you can follow which is benefit plus mechanism or result plus identity. So you make it sound like a brand not necessarily a service.

15:11So when it comes to pricing charge more and serve better, earn faster. I ticket starts at 3,000 and goes up from there. The less clients you need to hit your income goals, the more freedom you have. So, three clients at $3,500 equals $10,500 per month.

15:27That's full-time income in part-time hours. No ads, no funnel, no massive following. Just you posting some content, you DMing a few people uh a day. Uh and if you solve a $50,000 problem, you're undercharging at $5,000. If you save them years of trial and error, you're undercharging at $10,000.

15:43So, make the offer feel complete. Include every piece they need to win. Leave nothing to guesswork. So, it can be weekly calls, one-on-one support, templates, frameworks, accountability, systems, audits, more structure, more value. Now, stack extra value with fast action bonuses, checklist, doses, and over-the-shoulder walkthroughs, and show that this is the last thing they'll need.

16:00Now, this is not something necessarily that you need to do all before you start selling. You can do this as you're selling, as you're already promoting your offer, as you're doing the thing. You don't necessarily need to wait to have all of this ready before you can actually start selling.

16:11You can go out there in the marketplace, start creating content, start DMing people, and and build this as you go. In fact, what's better is to have a certain block in your day where you're actually doing outreach and doing the marketing activities, a certain block in your day where you're doing the sales activities such as sales calls or DMing people, and a certain block in your day where you're actually developing the product or service that you're going to be selling.

16:35So, don't over complicate. Most offers work best with just one or two delivery mechanisms. So you can have a course along with some coaching or you can run the whole thing with Zoom, Google Docs and Loom. Fancy text tech is optional but results are not.

16:47So the services can be done for you. It could be do it yourself with courses or templates or it could be done with you coaching. So or you have a course uh and and coaching or you just have the coaching. So use the model that lets you shine.

16:59People need a reason to act now not later. So scarcity and urgency will drive decisions and without them your offer becomes a someday maybe. do always use some kind of scarcity or or and or or and or urgency. So, it could be limited seats, enrollment windows, or only taking a certain amount of clients per month.

17:17And for example, if you're charging if if you're charging $4,000 a month or $4,000, and you only want to make around 10 to 12,000 a month, you can literally say, I'm only taking three three clients, three to four clients a month, uh depending on your price.

17:29So, uh you could also use urgency in terms of the bonuses. So, for example, the bonuses could expire or the price could be going up or results get delayed longer uh they went basically. So, every offer should be tested, proven, and backed by real results.

17:41If you've done this for clients, show it. If you haven't yet, do it free or discounted in exchange for feedback. So, you can use testimonials, case studies, screenshots, before ROI stats to build trust. So, start lean then upgrade. You don't need perfection out of the gate.

17:58You just need buyers and results. So, that builds your next version. when you make when you sell a few clients and when you when you uh get a bunch of clients in that gives you enough of a buffer now you're making money now you can it gives you enough of a buffer to actually start building the better version of the product or service you're building.

18:15So in the beginning you can just start you know scrappy and just go out there and start start selling and building uh and at the same time and that just by selling just by getting a few clients in will give you enough time and will give you the finances to actually start building the better version of the product the more scalable version.

18:32So every offer should be tested proven and backed by real results. If you if you've done this for clients just show it. And if you haven't yet do it for free uh or discounted in exchange for feedback. So don't overload. Don't confuse. Your offer isn't a buffet.

18:43It's a clear bridge from problem to outcome. So, make it feel fast. Make it feel effective. Make it feel inevitable. One outcome, one promise, one pathway. At least in the beginning, especially if you if you have no experience in the space.

18:56That's how you sell with ease. Now, the clearer the fit between what they want and what you promise, the faster they'll buy. Now that your offer is bulletproof and ready to sell, the

Step 4: Close Clients Without Chasing or Begging

19:09next step is actually showing you how to actually close clients without begging or needing a massive audience. So, let's dive that into that next. So, let's talk about closing clients. So, selling is not begging or chasing. You're not trying to convince anyone.

19:21You're helping qualified people make a smart, empowered decision about solving a problem they already want to fix. So, think of it like sorting instead of selling. Your job is to guide, not to pressure. So, see yourself as a leader who prescribes a path.

19:32You don't need everyone and not everyone will follow that path because people have their own heads and own brains. You need the right few. That's how you stay profitable and keep your time freedom. So lead every conversation with calm authority.

19:42The more grounded and certain you are, the more confidence they'll have in your solution. You shouldn't be relying on sales calls alone to do the heavy lifting. Most of the belief building happens before the call ever happens through your content, through your explainer video, through your lead capturing system, whatever you have before that.

20:00So have a short, clear video that filters out who should work uh and who should uh who should and shouldn't work with you. And this video should lay out what you do, who it's for, and the kind of results uh you help people get. Now, before the call, ask simple but targeted questions to understand the person's goals, challenges, and urgency.

20:11Uh, this lets you take control of the conversation and only talk to people who are actually serious. So, make sure to have some kind of an application form before the call that they need to fill out. Now, when it comes to the call flow, treat every call like a structured discovery session.

20:30You're not pitching, you're diagnosing. You're leading someone through a series of intentional checkpoints to decide if you're a fit to help. Build a relaxed, confident atmosphere. You want the person to feel heard, not understood. uh you want the person to feel heard and understood, not interrogated or rushed.

20:43So uncover where they want to go. Make sure they're clear about the outcome they want to create. And get specifics, not vague dreams. Also identify what stopped them so far. Help them see the real blockers, not just the surface level excuses that they might have.

20:54And show how your offer bridges the distance between where they are and where they want to go. And make it obvious that working with you solves the exact problem they're stuck on. Now, deliver your price and your offer with full conviction.

21:05No hesitation, no overexlaining. Just say it once clearly and then pause. People don't buy when you sound unsure. So stand tall in your value. And the clearer you are about the result and the simpler your process sounds, the more they'll trust you.

21:16You can get them there. So let the person sit with the decision. Don't rush them. You don't need to sell it. They need to own the decision to solve their problem now. So then come the objections. And objections aren't necessarily rejections.

21:31So this is what a lot of people think that once they get an objection, the sale is done. if they if they they won't be able to sell. That's not true. Objections aren't rejections. They're usually signals of fear, uncertainty, or some kind of a past failure that is keeping them stuck where they are right now.

21:43So, your role is to gently unpack what's behind the resistance and help them realign with their original goal that they said they had at the beginning of the call. So, listen without getting defensive. Ask open-ended questions to understand what's really making them hesitate and just bring them back to their vision and remind them of the cost of staying stuck.

22:00remind them that you have this thing that you want to to have in your future, but being stuck and doing what you're doing right now will keep you where you are right now. And it will keep you from ever getting that thing that is in the future that you really want.

22:11And most objections come from fear of change, not dislike of the offer. Not everyone will be ready on the call, but that doesn't mean that they won't buy. Follow up with intention and clarity and never with desperation. So you can send them a message or an email reminding them of what they said they wanted and how you can help them get it.

22:31Set a clear timeline or boundary for decision-m. And when you do this from a place of strength, you stay in control of your time and energy. Now, when it comes to your close rate, you don't need to close every call. You only need to close three to four per month to hit five figures consistently.

22:43And honestly, I've seen a lot of people get really um really hung up on their close rate when it and in reality it doesn't matter. What matters is money in the bank. So, if your close rate is five or 50%, it doesn't matter. What matters is are you making the money you want to be making.

22:56So that's why qualifying upfront actually matters. Talk to fewer people but better ones. So if you're not closing, it's not about your price. It's usually your structure, your energy, or your clarity. So what re-watch your calls first off record every call.

23:08Re-watch your calls and identify where your energy drops and refine yourself and and the way you talk from there. Now, once you've got a flow that works, stick to it. You don't need 10 sales scripts. You only need one simple effective process that you can use again and again and that is predictable and has a predictable, you know, closing percentage that you can rely on because that's more important is actually being able to predict how much you're going to be making because that goes into now advertising and so on.

23:31But it gives you consistency. So you don't need to be closing at 60%. I would much rather uh you be closing at 25% every single month than you be closing at 60% one month and 20% one month and then 10% the next and then all of a sudden 80%.

23:45So the foundation of every sale is trust. People buy from those that they respect and believe in. So you need to show up like a leader. You need to communicate like a pro. Deliver like an expert that and that combination closes deals with ease.

24:03Trust is built across your brand, your content, your DMs, your calls. It all needs to feel aligned. People should see you as the same person everywhere. When you deeply believe in what you do, it shows and people can feel it and that conviction sells better than any tactic ever will.

24:15So with this process, you'll never feel like you're pushing. You'll simply be guiding the right people to a smart decision that improves their life and pays you well in return. Now let's

Step 5: Systemize & Scale Without Burning Out

24:25move into the final section, which is actually systemizing and scaling this whole thing. Now once your offer is working and clients are closing, your next move is to make everything smoother, faster, and easier to run. So you don't want another job.

24:36You want a system that prints income without eating your entire calendar. Scaling isn't about doing more. It's about doing less better and with structure. So before you scale, stabilize. Make sure your car process works. Can you consistently attract leads?

24:48Can you consistently book calls and deliver client results? If yes, you're ready to scale. So document every piece of your delivery, your calls, your onboarding, your weekly tasks so nothing gets missed and your time gets protected. Now, you should not be doing every task manually forever.

25:00So you can build automations to save your time and energy. And this doesn't need to be complex. It just needs to work. Now, if you can't build them yourself, hire someone to build them for you. Um, so I've worked in in operations for businesses, uh, and I've basically done this.

25:18So, uh, it can be a bit tricky, especially when working with like big software such as HubSpot or complex software such as HubSpot, Zapier, and so on. So, uh, use booking tools to schedule calls automatically. Connect your application form to your calendar and to your email.

25:29Have a follow-up email go out instantly when someone applies. Once someone pays, send them a welcome email, a kickoff video or a checklist and set up your backend once it uh once and it will work for you uh for every new client without extra effort until the automation breaks and then you'll have to fix it.

25:42So, in the end, it's really best if you have the finances to do that, if you have the budget to do that and you're making more and more each month, it's a good idea to just hire an an automations or an operations person for your business so that they can take care of that.

25:55Now, and to monitor that. Now, when it comes to content, instead of creating content every day, make sure you create it in chunks. Block off one or two days per month to script, record, and schedule. And you can turn one video into multiple posts.

26:12You can use quotes, clips, and insights across your platform and milk your best con content for all it's worth. You can also actually again hire a person that does that for you that goes through every video you make or every newsletter you send and actually makes smaller chunks of content from that.

26:28So, uh you can also use tools to auto post. This keeps your visibility up even when you're offline. Uh this is something I do. Uh a lot of the content I post online is already prescheduled. So visibility brings leads. Consistency builds trust.

26:39And the better your delivery, the more referrals and retention you'll get. So systemize how you actually serve people. So your results can become predictable and your reputation grows. One thing you can do is decide how you want to support people.

26:52Is it with weekly calls? Is it with Voxer access? Is it with a group chats? Or is it with email support? And set clear expectations. Also build a central hub for all of your resources, videos, templates, worksheets. The more self-s served content you create, the less hands-on support you need to give over time.

27:03So, one thing that is also very useful to do um and that will save you a lot of time over the long run is every time you get a question from a client, especially if that question has been asked by multiple clients, don't just answering the question, actually make a video answering the question and then put it in your content uh in your uh central hub for all your resources with the videos and in your course.

27:26That way every time they have a question they can actually they have that question they can actually look at the training and you don't have to answer that question anymore. So uh really when it comes to client fulfillment it's all about getting feedback from the clients whether it's through questions or things that they would want improved or things that they love and just doing more of that or just answering those questions in a scalable way where when you answer it for one person you're actually answering it for everyone and it can be seen by everyone.

27:51So every quarter, step

Step 6: Elevate Your Client Fulfillment

27:58back and review what's working, what's draining you, what can be cut, what can be delegated, what can be simplified. And if demand is growing and your results are proven, raise your rates. More value delivered means more value earned. As your skill evolves, so should your offer.

28:09Upgrade your modules. Add new bonuses. Trim what's outdated and keep it sharp and better. You don't need a big team to scale. One or two people handling the editing or client support or admin can free up a lot of your time to grow or handling the operations part.

28:20So start with part-time contractors. Higher slow and fire fast. Protect your energy. Hand off tasks that drain you or distract you from high impact activities. And just try to stay in your zone of genius as much as possible. So when you're ready, amplify, run paid traffic, host live webinars, launch a referral system, create an affiliate program, but only after your backend is solid.

28:39Don't start with ads until you've proven your offer actually converts organically. And once it does, paid traffic multiplies your reach. Collaborate with aligned creators, swap audiences, run joint offers, tap into warm traffic that already trusts the referral.

28:50if you want to with partners and so on. So, your goal isn't just money, it's lifestyle. Use systems, structure, and strategy to reclaim your
